## Shipping Policy

**Where we ship**
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

**Cost**
Shipping is **free** on all UK orders. No minimum spend.

**Processing time**
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

**Delivery time**
Orders are typically delivered within **8 - 12 business days** of purchase. Delivery is fully tracked — you'll get a link to follow your parcel by email. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or courier delays outside our control.

**Tracking**
Every order is sent tracked. If you haven't received your tracking link within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@livorabath.com and we'll sort it out.

**Wrong or incomplete address**
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
